For orders over $75, standard ground shipping is free and estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.

For orders under $75, standard ground shipping is $7.99 and estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.

Free Shipping & Handling valid for all iamheru.com orders of $75 or more after applicable discounts. Free Shipping is valid for orders shipping to the continental U.S. only.

Hawaii and Alaska

Standard ground shipping is $9.99 and estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.

Heru currently does not ship orders outside of the United States.

U.S. Standard Ground Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders should be received within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.)

Orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

You will receive a link to track your package in your shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please email info@iamheru.com. While we are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, we will do what we can to help.

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for U.S. orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

You can return your Heru purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Note that you are responsible for paying for return shipping.  Returns must include the original packing slip and may be shipped to:
